Donna Collins

Donna Collins, our current Executive Director, hails from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and has been an integral part of the AIM team since 2011. A 2011 alumna of The University of Alabama, she began her journey with AIM as an intern and subsequently served as ReEntry Coordinator for several years. Her unwavering devotion to the agency and its goals made her the perfect candidate for Executive Director in 2023.

Candice Mitchell 

Candice Mitchell, an Air Force Veteran, was born and raised in Castleberry, Alabama, and joined our team after completing her internship with the agency in December 2023. She graduated from Auburn University Montgomery, obtaining a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW).
